Our History

Rich Rosenthal Manitta Dzubin & Kroeger was formed on June 1, 2008, with the five named partners – Lonnie Rich, Ed Rosenthal, Lana Manitta, Rick Dzubin, and Shannon Kroeger. The original partners, Lonnie Rich and Ed Rosenthal, have practiced together in Alexandria for over 20 years. After starting in private practice in 1976, Ed Rosenthal, founded Rosenthal, Grimaldi & Guggenheim in 1982. Lonnie Rich merged his practice into the Rosenthal firm in 1987, which then became Rosenthal, Rich, Grimaldi & Guggenheim. In 2001, the firm became known as Rich Greenberg Rosenthal & Costle, LLP (RGRC) and included senior associates Lana Manitta, Rick Dzubin, and Shannon Kroeger. In 2008, RGRC dissolved amicably and the two firms of Rich Rosenthal Manitta Dzubin & Kroeger, LLP and GreenbergCostle, PC were created.
