Rich Rosenthal Manitta Dzubin & Kroeger LLP, has named attorneys Ludwig Gaines and Sean Dunston of counsels in Alexandria. Gaines has more than 20 years experience in business, government contracts, land-use and zoning. Prior to becoming of counsel, he maintained a private practice; was an antitrust associate with a D.C. law firm and was adjunct professor at the Howard University School of Law. In addition, Gaines recently completed two terms as a member of the Alexandria City Council. Dunston brings eight years of estate planning and probate experience to his new position of counsel to RRMDK. He has expertise in estate and trust administration, lifetime wealth transfers, business formations and business succession planning.
